I am a certified full-spectrum doula and I am passionate about supporting all birthing bodies. I love to be a steady presence and firm advocate for people throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experiences. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also focus on providing inclusive care for people of all sexes, gender identities, races, and beliefs.

I have always had an interest in the birth world, but for the first 20 years of my life, I was dedicated to pursuing my love for dance. I moved to Salt Lake City from Akron, Ohio in 2018 to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet from the University of Utah. While I was studying for my degree, I started reading everything I could find about becoming a doula. My interest turned into an obsession and after dancing professionally for a year, I felt ready take a break from dance and pursue birth work full time! When I’m not working, I love to travel, golf, hike, dance, do yoga and spend time with my husband and our two cats.
